I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at ImmoTeam Jakob TDY housing! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Rich was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my entire stay, making sure I had everything I needed.

The houses/apartments are exceptionally clean and modern, with up-to-date amenities that made me feel right at home. The attention to detail and comfort is evident, and it’s clear that this place is well maintained.

I would happily stay here again and again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for top tier TDY accommodations. Truly a 5-star experience!

I stayed at a Team Jakob TLA apartment in Ramstein. The location was perfect , blocks from Rammstein AB. I walked the city of Ramstein, which is very nice. The apartment itself was perfect, Large living room, fully equipped kitchen , huge bathroom. Spacious bedroom with lots of drawers and hanger closets I stayed 30 days which entitled me to a car, the price which was included in the per diem.
The only thing nicer than the apartment, was the helpful and friendly staff at Team Jakob.

Game changer! After emailing TLA/TDY Housing I had received useful and timely information from Jakob and the TDY/TLA Team. Within 48hrs of initial coordination, they had arranged a showing of the apartment and we were able to sign a lease in the same day. The TLA team was thorough, attentive and personable through the entire stay. The preparedness and attention to detail resonated from start to finish. The apartment was fantastic and a sensible option, besting the on-base alternative. The entire process and nature of a practical off-base lodging alternative peaked wellness and postively impacted my entire stay in the area. Endless thanks to Jakob, Nico and the TLA team!

This is an excellent TLA/TDY apartment. Only a few minutes from base, and walking distance to shops, food, and the train station. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and modern. It exceeded all of my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. The landlord is always available and reliable. Also, if you do not have a rental, he has a vehicle available.

Mr. Jakob was outstanding. I would recommend this TLA over any of the others that I researched. Mr. Jakob was there to meet me the first day I arrived in country and also was gracious enough to include a car with the TLA!!! Having a car is a great asset, but this TLA is also less than 5 minutes from the front gate of Ramstein Air Base. Also, the TLA was a perfect size, clean, and met every need that I could have asked for in temporary quarters. Mr. Jakob assisted me with the paperwork (VAT Forms) and ensured that they were done properly. I could not have asked for a better person to meet and do business with. I will be contacting Mr. Jakob several years down the road when I have to vacate my quarters and return to the states. Thanks again Mr. Jakob - A+++++++ service.

Stayed here for 70 days, perfect for a couple or a single. Close to Rammstein base and the shopping areas of Ramstein city. The place has everything you need when you first arrive to include AFN and stateside calling. Richard and his team were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process making the PCS much easier. Highly recommend.

Great experience for TLA living. Location is perfect , very short walk to many restaurants, shops, and train station. Landlord is super helpful and repsonsive. Would definitely recommend!
