I recently stayed here with my fiancée for over a month. The owners are wonderful people who do everything they can to ensure your stay is pleasant and relaxing. The rooms are very nice, clean, and come with all necessary amenities, i.e. sink, stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, utensils, towels, etc. The personnel who clean the room are very respectful, sweet, and professional. This has been the best place I have ever stayed at away from home. It is centrally located near bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a Unites States military base. Their prices are very reasonable and the heaters work great in the winter!

My family and I recently stayed at The Homestead Hotel in Grafenwoehr in the new pink building.It is spacious, modern, and the care we received there was spectacular. The owners and the staff are awesome. We stayed in the luxury apartment with the sauna. It had its own private sauna, extra large bathroom, and laundry room, just wonderful. Very comfortable beds! The kitchen is incredible, large and filled with every thing I needed to prepare meals for the family. With 2 small children and our dog, my husband and I could not have been happier. It was very easy to walk directly into Tower Barracks. It made our 30 nights there seem like our second home. We highly recommend it!

Enjoyed staying here for two weeks while we searched for housing when we arrived in Grafenwohr. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant to interact with. They made sure checking-in and out of the apartment was very easy and hassle-free. The staff that clean and pick up the linen were very friendly, easy to talk to and very helpful. The apartment was very clean and well kept. Having a refrigerator, stove-top, microwave and laundry made it feel like a home. Had it been listed for rent, would want to live there. Would definitely recommend to others coming to the area.

Staying in one of the lovely apartments provided by Homestead Hitel while on a business trip in the area made for a relaxing and delightful retreat at the end of busy days. This is like and Airbnb concept but more professional and hospitable. Gasthofs in the area are lovely, but lack amenities that extended stay or American travellers might prefer, like a fridge and microwave...And comfy beds. These pleasantly furnished apartments provide you with everything you could need, and in convenient locations in the Grafenwohr area. Lance and Barbara made everything simple from registration to arrival to including some welcome snacks in the apartment. They had great communication with me, and were very accommodating. Perfect option for those on extended trips or military families moving to the area and needing temp quarters.

My husband works for the US Government and he recently took a position in Germany. We found this place to stay at temporarily while looking for a home to move into. Lance & Barbara, the owners, were great and very accommodating. We stayed in their 1 bedroom apartment for 2 months. The place is immaculately clean and I being in the hospitality industry find that a top priority. Their staff is great and you'll find all the comforts of home, including a kitchen, laundry, phone, internet and english/american satellite television. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the nearby Army base and centrally located in town near shopping & dining. We highly recommend it.

I can not say enough great things about this hotel. We stayed here for 35 days with my husband and two kids. It really felt like our home. The owners Barbara and Lance are really amazing people. They go above and beyond. The room we stayed in had everything we needed. A full kitchen, nice big bathroom (shower and large tub) the furniture and beds were all very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was fantastic. They are very friendly and do a great job keeping linens changed and stocked. I am so happy we stayed here during our transition. It is very close to base (Graf) so we could do everything we needed to do there. If you get the chance definitely stay here. You will not be disappointed!!!!

I recently stayed here and was very fortunate enough to be upgraded to the family apartment. (GHH thankyou very much!) the apartment was outstanding and felt very homely. Thank-you for the welcome pack! Beers and stollen bites! ||The lounge/kitchen was huge and well stocked with utensils for any decent method of cooking with a good siting/dining area to suit.||The bedroom itself was again of a spacious size with decent wardrobe space and the ensuite was amazing. Double shower/large curve bath and an infra-red sauna!!! ||I Honestly felt like a king staying in these apartments. For me staying as a single person it was definitely worth the price at the luxury end of the scale. But I would say that a family of two-four would easily rate this best value for money within the local area as well as being too end of the ratings.||This is a luxury apartment and is well suited for couples and families. ||thank you Barbara and Lance (GHH) for an amazing stay!||
