1/5, the phone call literally lasted maybe 5 minutes. I told her my issue and I understand having a language barrier but the way she went about it was so rude. She said you guys have to tell me more about the orders, we did, and she goes “I don’t understand you” so my husband starts talking considering he is a lot clearer when talking, and she goes “another person is talking, great”.. i hanged up, if you call them be mindful for a little rudeness. Worse part is, I seriously don’t know what we did wrong for her to even reply like that, we were both respectful and gave her information she needed.

What's the point of having a phone if it's never answered. Poor customer service. I tried calling all day to ask a very simple question and avoid the trip to the office but no one answered even if it was during office hours. When i finally decided to head there in person, they were not even busy. They were just seated talking.

Quick respectable service. My only downfall would be that there website is terrible and needs a full redesign by a professional company as the website makes it difficult to navigate. It also takes longer than expected in certain situations to pay for your tickets as they desire you to contact them via email once the initial itinerary is submitted to you.

Closed for a German holiday, but didn't post information about it on their door. Every call is at least 10 mins on hold. They sometimes call back or email, but sometimes don't. Not a pleasant customer service experience.
