Recently stayed Fri-Sat with 5 adults in a two-queen, pull-out couch room. The room was clean and comfortable, but could use some updating. The only accessible outlets were between the beds and in the sink area. Very difficult for charging multiple devices. Water park looks the same from the last time we stayed, which was at least 5 years ago. Seems best for young kids and early teens. We really only used the hot tub because we spent our days skiing at Devil's Head. The staff were nice and quick at responding to requests for an extra blanket and toilet paper. If you're into shopping, there are some outlet stores just across the parking lot. It was the first weekend in January, so it was still decorated for the holidays and there were holiday events which was nice. $15 minimum per night for parking which seems like a big ripoff. Still recommend a visit, but mostly for families with younger children. We knew this going in, so it wasn't a surprise.

Had our extended family Christmas there recently. Great Wolf was fun. The rooms could use some updating/love, but they were clean & served our group as promised.

The schedule of events for kids means kids ages 3 through 10. We had older kids ages 11 through 17, but they took part & made their fun by being respectfully silly with the park characters, staff, and Santa.

The water park delivered. It was really fun, and the lines were not bad at all. Fun for all ages in the water park.

Our only moment of frustration was during check-in. The staff is really nice. However, they must fly staff in from overseas as they struggle to speak good English. The communication breakdown caused some headaches with our group, which had 5 rooms.

Overall, though, we really enjoyed Great Wolf. Would definitely recommend it!!

We went in the off season so the park is much more limited - this was actually fine and exactly what we expected. The flumes were fun and our kid enjoyed the park. Worth the money, absolutely fine.||The hotel on the other hand. Well. Our bed wasn't made properly, the sheets weren't in place. The jets on the Jacuzzi we had in the room didn't work right. The family above us were making noise until gone midnight and the front desk would do nothing. ||The breakfast buffet turned out to be a fixed plate that they'd replace with a full one upon rewuest - fruit, bacon, sausage, eggs, potato, pancakes, cinnamon rolls. It was decidedly mid; not worth what they're charging for it. The staff were clearly overwhelmed and constantly busy despite waiting a ridiculously long time in a half filled dining room. Which was, by the way, cold enough to need a jacket to sit in.||The changing facilities on site are not the best i've ever seen; just a long room with a bench to one side of a bathroom with a set of showers at the other side. The bathroom stalls are tiny and cramped. My advice is to be comfortable with open changing rooms if you come.||Kid got free wold ears. That was nice.|The staff were overwhelmingly and universally pleasent to interact with.

Big family night day trip! We got the biggest room available which is nice BUT there’s no room to be together. The room is nice, beds are good and bathrooms are clean.
I did NOT like the fact we had to pay $15/car for parking- this isn’t Chicago people!! I’m staying at your place parking should just be included in the price.
The water park you get to use in the morning when you arrive and the morning when you leave, which is great! The park we used was inside only because it was cold outside baby! Would love to come back when the outside is open too- looks fun. The rides are all great and has plenty for way younger kids but also has some bigger ones for the big kids.

Where to begin? Check in with Brittany was mind numbing. In fact, I wonder if this is how the entire mess began? After over complicating her job, she made an ‘error’ and needed a supervisor to override the system. Left my 6 y/o daughter & I standing alone at the desk for 15 min wondering what was even going on… slowly walking back & throwing the utmost shade, we were provided our blessed room key. Room was fine. I guess. No toiletries, TV didn’t work, it was like camping, if camping cost $350 a night. Except that’s not even true, because after receiving my bill I saw we were charged for 3 nights instead of 1, plus, plus, plus. Now I have to wait 10 business days to have my funds reinstated to my account. After roughly $1k in extra charges, I am scrambling to scrape money together for Christmas presents. Fun times. Never again.

This was our first time staying at the location in the Wisconsin Dells and we were not that impressed. Getting to the lodge and going in for Check in when I was told there is a $15 a day parking pass, I was speechless! I am paying hundreds of dollars to stay for a weekend and now I have to pay parking... |The room we picked had an upstairs which we thought would be nice but the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, The bathroom needed quite a bit of work, and the room was not the cleanest. |We did go to the arcade, and I was shocked at how many points one game took. Then the "prizes" you win were a joke. |The waterpark was just ok. There was only 1 jet working in the Adults Hot Tub. The Body slides hurt your back so bad that it wasn't worth going down. The Family Hot tub was so crowded it was not enjoyable at all. The wave pool closed down our first day which then resulted in that whole part of the waterpark closing. |We did eat at Buckets and also got pizza. The pizza was good, Very expensive for pizza. Buckets food was just ok, they didn't charge my dining package on that so I had to fight for a refund as they charged my credit card on file instead. |You really have to watch your receipt at check out because they like to charge for towels when you returned them. Also, a lot of hidden fees that you have to question. |We won't be going back to this location.

Best service on I’ve had at any lodging in a very long time. They made everything easy to maneuver, find, and manage. All handled by a text. Yes everything is pricey but we expected that for the convenience. Well managed and all the staff seemed to really care. The lifeguards were out of this world serious about their jobs. Very impressed.
